Making a Gift to Linfield

These are challenging times for nursing and health care. The growing shortage of RNs threatens to reduce the quality of care available in the Pacific Northwest and nationwide. The Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing has committed to expanding enrollment to help meet the shortage.

How can you help? Encourage people you know to choose nursing as a career. Serve as a preceptor for students in clinicals at your institution. And, contribute financially to the nursing and health sciences programs.

Many of you have given generously to help build our scholarship endowments. The endowments have grown, but so has the need. Your tax-deductible gifts will help meet this need and render our nursing school more affordable for the many more students needed to meet the shortage.

There are many ways to financially support nursing at Linfield College. You can make a gift in cash, stocks, bonds, CD’s, life insurance or real estate. If you are seeking to increase your income, Linfield can facilitate any deferred gift that is in your best interest.
