Academic Interests: Performed with the Internationale Bachakademie under the direction of Maestro Helmuth Rilling. Performed under the tutelage of master teacher David Gordon as an Adams Fellow Young Artist at the prestigious Carmel Bach Festival in California. Featured soloist with Portland Baroque Orchestra, Columbia Symphony Orchestra, The Oregon Mozart Players, Northwest Performing Arts, Portland SummerFest, the Olympia Symphony, and Portland Opera. Teaches Applied Voice and Beginning Class Voice

Awards: Northwest Regional Winner of the 2008 National Association of Teachers of Singing Artist Award; the national NATSAA Todd Duncan Award; Winner of the 2008 National Opera Association’s Artist Competition; honored by the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and the Gerda Lissner Foundation. Performances: Includes Nannetta (Falstaff), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Blonde (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Adele (Die Fledermaus), Morgana (Alcina), Tytania (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Cunegonde (Candide), Maria (West Side Story), Polly Peachum (The Beggar’s Opera).

Education: B.M., University of Utah, M.M., Portland State University. Has studied with Ellen Faull, Ruth Dobson, Marilyn Horne, Sherrill Milnes, and Tito Capobianco, and continues to work with Sheri Greenawald, Maestro Dean Williamson, and Richard Bower.
