The French Club is very active at Linfield and offers many opportunities to students to enjoy the French culture in a fun way . Here is what the French Club has achieved in the year 2000-2001

• French movie nights once to twice a month
• International Film Festival in Portland
• French pancakes (crèpes) tasting
• French cheese tasting
• French ball game (Pétanque) with the professors of French
• French plays in Portland
• French music evening
• Celebration of culture : French songs and poetry
• Taste of France : French restaurant in Portland

The French assistant has been the advisor of the French Club for the year 2000-2001.

She has also done a radio show (The Culture Shock Show) on the campus radio KSLC (90.3 FM) where she played French songs every week. Everyone interested to join the show is welcome to !!
