Organizations and Honors

Linfield College is an institutional member of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). Each year Linfield students participate in the Putnam Exam, an exam designed to find true mathematical talent. Our students have done well in past years. Each year an outstanding mathematics student is awarded a membership in the MAA.
