Admission requirements for each program of Linfield are unique to that program and the types of students who pursue the variety of academic offerings. Students interested in our residential campus in McMinnville will use a different application than those applying to enter our pre-licensure nursing program in Portland, and our online programs request a different type of application.

Students study 47 different majors the arts and humanities, social sciences and natural sciences, and pre-professional programs including pre-nursing. Students are highly involved in extracurricular activities such as campus leadership, community service, 14 performing arts groups and 19 NCAA Division III athletic teams. The campus setting is nearly 200 acres includes residential and apartment housing.

Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Portland – This single major program is a transfer-only campus serving students without an RN license who will pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The major includes an accelerated option for those with previous bachelor’s degree. Students with an RN license should request information from the Online Programs link above.
