Sharon Wagner’s extensive publications and presentations focus on corporate altruism, performance measurement, and the business impact of organization development. A recent survey of more than 1,300 respondents analyzed perceptions of Oregon wine. Wagner has also studied corporate reputation during an economic downturn.
She formerly served as associate dean for the School of Professional Programs and Undergraduate Studies at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and as director of the Master of Science in Organization Development Program at the University of San Francisco.
Wagner has provided strategic business consulting for firms in California, Tennessee and Michigan, and built and led the workforce analytics practice for San Francisco-based Genentech, an international biotechnology corporation.
Wagner teaches business and organizational behavior at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
