Video Taping Policy

Please note that EMS requires at least 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) notice to facilitate video taping requests. Contact ems@linfield.edu for details, or with any questions.

An Event Release Form must be completed and returned to EMS 3 days prior to an event being taped.

Consultations

EMS staff are available for the following consultations:

• For group or individual training to demonstrate how to use the equipment in any classroom.
• On classroom A/V equipment updates.
• Regarding A/V equipment purchases.
