Library Services for Linfield ADP/DCE Students in Central OregonTo make these services work for you, be sure the library barcode on your Linfield ID is in our circulation system. As Linfield students, you may use many of the local libraries in your area. You can access these libraries online to check their hours, see what resources are available to look for articles, or search their online catalogs for books. If you visit these libraries in person, be sure to take your Linfield ID card (from the DCE office) with the current year's sticker (from your advisor or the DCE office). Before you go, be sure your library barcode on your ID card is in the Linfield library circulation system (check with the library circulation desk, 503-883-2261 or e-mail Carol McCulley). If you need help at these libraries, identify yourself as a Linfield Adult Degree Program student at the reference or circulation desk. You may also get services such as help with research questions, ordering books through other libraries using the Summit catalog, or ordering articles not available in the library or full text online from interlibrary loan from Carol McCulley, the Distance and Reference Librarian at Linfield's Nicholson Library on the McMinnville campus or by going to the ADP/DCE Services link on the Linfield Libraries homepage. To access Linfield's databases at a local library, go to www.linfield.edu/library where you can login to the databases with your Linfield CatNet (computer/e-mail account) ID (login) and password.
