To have an Entourage signature that includes a graphic to display the text and graphic side by side, your need to create a ‘picture’ of the signature.
Examples of how Entourage will display your signature depending on how you create it.
1. Download the graphic (Sesquicentennial Logo Red or Purple) to your desktop. 2. Open a new Word document |

3. Go to Insert menu -> Picture -> From File -> select the Sesq logo and click on Insert button

3. Go to Table menu -> Insert Table -> 2 columns & 1 row -> click OK button. 4. Go to Insert menu -> Picture -> From File -> select the Sesq logo and click on Insert button (picture will be inserted into table cell on left)

4. Right click on the logo -> Format Picture -> Square & Right.

5.Type your text information in the cell on the right. 6. Resize the logo and resize the two cells.

5. Type your signature information next to the logo and resize the logo to fit the text. 6. Select./highlight the text and logo -> Copy 7. Go to Edit menu -> Paste Special -> Picture. You will see a ‘single picture’ of the signature that you need to Select/Highlight -> Copy.

7. Select./highlight cells -> Copy

8. Open up your Entourage 9. Go to Tools menu -> Signature -> New 10. Paste the copied 'single picture' of the signature into the New Signature field Note: If you are prompted to turn on HTML formatting, click Turn on HTML. 11. Close the window -> Save
