Outlook - Toolbars

Toolbars – Add or Remove

Go to View menu -> Toolbars

Select/unselect the toolbar you want from the list , items with the check marks next to them are displayed below the menu .

Toolbars - Customize

If you are frequently doing a task that requires you tp navigate through the menus to initiate it, customize your toolbars by adding the task as an icon to make the task more convienent for yourself.

Go to View menu -> Toolbars -> Commands tab.

A Customize dialog window will open.

Choose from the Categories on the left.

Choose the Command/task from the list on the right and drag it up to the toolbar. A I-bar will appear in the toolbar when the new command/task icon will be placed.

Click the Close button.
