Outlook
- Forwarding Email
You can forward messages to one or more recipients of your choosing. By default, Outlook forwards a single message in the body of your new message (you can choose to forward messages as attachments rather than include them in the body of your message) |
1. Select an email message from any folder. 2. Click on the Forward button in the Toolbar OR 2A. Go to Actions menu -> Forward. OR 2B. Press Ctrl key + F key on your keyboard |
3. A copy of the message appears in a new window with the subject at the top in the Title Bar. The To: field is empty with the flashing cursor waiting for you to type in email addresses or partial email addresses to look up in the address books. 4. You can add Cc: and Bcc: recipients and edit quoted text at this time. |
