Entourage - Default Signature

You will need to Create a Signature before you can set a Default Signature. 1. Add a Signature to Every outgoing email by specifying a Default Signature

2. An Edit Account window will open
3. Click the OK button 4. Close the Accounts window 5. Your Default Signature will now appear in every outgoing email. Note: You can change the default signature by clicking on the Signature
