Entourage - Default Signature

Using a Default Signature

You will need to Create a Signature before you can set a Default Signature.

1. Add a Signature to Every outgoing email by specifying a Default Signature

  • Choose Tools menu -> Accounts
  • An Accounts window will open
  • Select the Mail tab
  • Highlight the Exchange account (Exchange)
  • Click the Edit icon   in the toolbar

2. An Edit Account window will open

  • Choose the Options tab
  • From Default signature: select one from the list

3. Click the OK button

4. Close the Accounts window

5. Your Default Signature will now appear in every outgoing email.

Note: You can change the default signature by clicking on the Signature icon in the toolbar and selecting another signature from the submenu that appears.
