Entourage - Filtering Email
Filtering is a quick way to find a particular message within an email folder or message list. You can filter most message lists to match simple searches from the drop down menus.

The Filter is located in the top right corner of your Message List. 1. Click on the drop down menus and choose your Search criteria. 2. Type in the word(s) or the first few letters of the word in the text box. 3. The emails that 'match' the search criteria will be displayed in the Message list as you type in the text box. 4. To restore
all your email in your original folder/Message list, click the Clear Icon |
