NURS-298 Health Care in India
Examine India's health care system by visiting various health care settings.
Dialogue with educators, health care providers, and policy makers to help
identify strength and weaknesses of India's health care system. Focus will
be on identifying the political, religious, social and economic forces and their
impact on the general health of India's citizens.
Prerequisite: IDST 090 Global Issues during fall 2010 (1 credit). Must be able to walk long distances and be willing to live under developing world conditions.
