Student timecards are due the last working day of each month. Time cards must be signed by the supervisor and employee. Accurate in/out times must be included.
Staff timecards and accompanying worksheet are due the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, they should be turned in the Friday before.

Bereavement leave of five (5) working days will be granted with pay to an employee upon notification to his/her supervisor regarding the death of an “immediate” family member. The definition of an immediate family member is spouse, domestic partner, child, adopted child, parent, parent-in-law and sibling. Bereavement leave of three (3) working days will be granted with pay to an employee upon notification to his/her supervisor regarding the death of an “extended” family member. The definition of an extended family member is sibling-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece and nephew.
Linfield grants leave with pay to an employee who serves on jury duty or is subpoenaed to testify. Employees may keep payments received from the court.
