Fall Leaves

Student timecards are due the last working day of each month. Time cards must be signed by the supervisor and employee. Accurate in/out times must be included.

Staff timecards and accompanying worksheet are due the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, they should be turned in the Friday before.

Winter Break Schedule – 2013

Linfield College will be closed from Thursday, December 26 through Tuesday, December 31, 2013. The College will pay regular status employees their regular rate of pay for these days.

Bereavement Leave/Jury Duty Leave

Bereavement leave of five (5) working days will be granted with pay to an employee upon notification to his/her supervisor regarding the death of an “immediate” family member. The definition of an immediate family member is spouse, domestic partner, child, adopted child, parent, parent-in-law and sibling.Bereavement leave of three (3) working days will be granted with pay to an employee upon notification to his/her supervisor regarding the death of an “extended” family member. The definition of an extended family member is sibling-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece and nephew.

Linfield grants leave with pay to an employee who serves on jury duty or is subpoenaed to testify. Employees may keep payments received from the court.
