Throughout its history, Linfield’s Business program has emphasized internships and experiential learning.

The Chair oversees the budget, curriculum, enrollment management, student success and faculty development. He/she is expected to be a strong partner with the Office of College Relations in seeking extramural funding for the Business programs. Additionally, the Chair will teach approximately two courses per year in an area of expertise (preferably Management).
