Sigma Kappa Phi (ΣKΦ)

Sigma Kappa Phi

Sigma Kappa Phi is Linfield's only local sorority. Founded in 1924, we pride ourselves on our rich history and diverse membership. We value academic excellence and community involvement on and off campus. Sigma's sisters are active in sustainability and several other clubs on campus. Through communication and cooperation Sigma seeks to build friendship that last a lifetime. Sigma several events throughout the year, such as bake sales and their annual Poster Sale to raise money and awareness for their philanthropy, Homeward Bound Pets. Sigma holds Safe Space trainings for their members once or twice a year to make sure they take time to have difficult conversations about the importance of diversity on campus, and to make sure they work to respect everyone. Sigma welcomes women with an interest in bettering themselves and the world. Their chapter believes every woman is unique and has something beautiful and truly remarkable within them. Sigma strives to create a comfortable and productive space for their members to grow as women and leaders.
