Proposal Approval Form

Project Description For Grant Requests

Fill out the form below for your project to be considered for approval.
It must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the submission deadline.

1. Will another institution be submitting this proposal and subcontract with Linfield?
2. If this project affects your course load and/or department curriculum, has it been approved by your department chair?
3. If new space, special equipment and/or technology are needed, has it been approved by Academic Affairs?
If the answer is no to questions #2 and #3, you must receive permission first before requesting approval.

Project Budget

All budgets should be reviewed by the director of foundation & corporate relations before submitting this form.

Grant Request

If this proposal requires matching funds from Linfield (i.e. cost share), has it been approved by your department or Academic Affairs? If the answer is no, you must receive permission first before requesting approval.

The information submitted will be sent to the director of foundation and corporate relations and vetted for approval. If you have questions, call the director at 503-883-2494 or send an e-mail.
