Work Request - Facilities Services provides three ways for you to submit a work request.
The first way is to create your own customized account so you can track work orders through the MySchoolbuilding website. Using this account you will receive e-mail updates as the work order is completed.
Login page - Type in your Linfield e-mail address - Click SubmitClick on the “Maint Request” tab of your screen.Fill out the Work Order Request form - Click SubmitPassword - Linfield
The second way is to submit your request by e-mail at workorder@linfield.edu. This is a convenient option if you only submit a few work orders each year.
The third way is to call 503-883-2227 and we will be glad to create the work order for you.
