How to Extract Audio Track from iMovie

To extract an audio track from iMovie – To create a WAV format audio file:

1. capture your movie
2. edit your movie in iMovie until you have the audio track you want
3. click on “File” on the top menu bar, then click “Share”
4. click on Quicktime tab
5. select “Expert setting” on pull-down menu
6. on the next dialog box, click the “Share” button
7. on “Save exported file as…” dialog box, click on the “Export” pull-down window
8. choose “sound to wav”
9. click “Save”
