RN to BSN Course Overview

Nursing prerequisites, covering nine areas of knowledge are required before enrolling in the Linfield nursing courses. They are, Writing, Anatomy & Physiology with lab, Microbiology with lab, Developmental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Statistics, Nutrition, and Computer proficiency (by course or by self-assessment of proficiency). Linfield offers the prerequisites as online courses except for A&P and Microbiology. They may be taken at Linfield or in approved transfer courses.
