Course Description: Historical perspectives on the contributions that great works of literature and thought have made to our understanding of the world and the place of humankind in it. Great works from ancient and classical Greece and Rome, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and Reformation, the modern and contemporary world. 3 credits each semester. (UQ or VP or GP)
