Course Description: Sales and lease contracts, negotiable instruments, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, agency and employment law, business organizations, and government regulation. Particular attention will be paid to provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC"). $10 fee. Prerequisite: 340. 4 credits.
