Fundamental
concepts, principles, and rules of law that apply to international
transactions. The study of contracts, financial instruments, trade
laws including GATT and European Union, criminal law, and
laws relating to transportation of cargo by sea and air, intellectual
property law, political risk and international environmental issues.
