Number systems and their
properties, solving linear and quadratic equations, solving systems of
equations, polynomials and factoring, graphing linear and quadratic
equations, graphing inequalities, exponents and radicals, operations
on rational functions. Should not be needed by students with high
school algebra II. Prerequisite: high school algebra I and geometry, or
