Bend — Central Oregon

Students in the Central Oregon area can take classes at Linfield's host site on the Central Oregon Community College campus. The campus is located in Bend, overlooking the beautiful Cascade Mountains.

Linfield offers a bachelor's degree in accounting at this campus. Students have the flexibility of completing the accounting degree requirements through a combination of on-site and online courses or all online. Linfield offers the only accounting degree in Central Oregon. The on-site courses meet in the evenings, an ideal time for working adults.

For students currently attending classes at
Central Oregon Community College in Bend:

Linfield College’s Adult Degree Program has a long standing affiliation with COCC. 108 quarter credits of community college coursework earned at COCC with grades of C or better can be transferred towards a Linfield bachelor’s degree.  This equals 72 semester credits of the 125 credits you need for graduation at Linfield.  See the Transfer Guide for Central Oregon Community College for further information.

There is a Linfield Advisor on the COCC campus who is readily available to help students map out their education from COCC to Linfield College’s bachelor’s degrees and certificates.  The Linfield advisor recognizes that everyone has a unique situation and will work with each student to decide whether or not you want to complete your Associate Degree first, and then transfer to Linfield College for your Bachelor’s degree, or if you are ready to transfer now to the Bachelor’s degree.  Learn about transitioning from an associate's degree to a bachelor's degree in our blog article by Linfield Advisor Virginia MacCallum.
