I understand that I am responsible for completing my financial aid application in a timely manner. I understand that failure to do so could affect the types and/or amounts of aid that I may be awarded. I certify that the information I am submitting on this and all other forms is complete and accurate. I understand that I may be asked to verify any information I have provided and that any documentation requested must be submitted before an offer of financial assistance can be made. I further agree to notify the Office of Financial Aid immediately if I receive any scholarships, employer reimbursement or other aid from sources outside Linfield College.
