Course Number: BIOL-375
Course Description: Field techniques and principles used to study populations of birds and mammals, emphasizing those of the Pacific Northwest. Includes identification and classification, population ecology, adaptions to the environment, field techniques, and preparation of museum specimans. Not for Biology major credit, but acceptable for Biology minor or General Science major. Lecture and laboratory. Prerequisites: either 210/211, or 306; completion of mathematics proficiency. 3 credits.
