As a working adult you bring with you prior learning from a variety of sources: on the job, non-credit workshops, travel, personal interests, family, life experience, and volunteer responsibilities. Linfield College believes that adults should be able to receive college credit for life experience acquired outside of the traditional college setting.
McMinnville, Ore – March 27, 2015 –Two wine workshops geared for the beginning wine enthusiast will be held in April and May at Linfield College.
"Wine 101" will be held Saturday, April 25, from 1:30 to 5 p.m. in 201 Riley Hall at Linfield. This workshop will cover basic wine knowledge for the beginning wine drinker, including how grapes are grown and how wine is made, an overview of wine regions, major wine varieties and key wine terminology.
