Paul and Virgina (Stow) Carter, both '50
It was already Spring of 1950. Graduation from Linfield was coming soon. Two of my girlfriends and sorority sisters were Home Economics majors. One of requirements for them in order to graduate was to give a formal dinner party. They combined forces to make it a large party. I was invited to attend and to bring a date for the evening. Since I was single and unattached I thought of someone I had met who also knew others who would be coming. His name was Paul Carter. He accepted the invitation to escort me. I don't remember what was served for dinner but I did become much better acquainted with my date.
It is now over 60 years later and we are still enjoying dinner together.
