All CPS staff are certified as private security providers by the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) of Oregon.
Director Noble joined Linfield College in 2014. Prior to coming to Linfield, Ron Noble served as McMinnville's Chief of Police. He holds an Executive Police Certificate from the Oregon Board of Public Safety Standards and Training; is a graduate of the Oregon Executive Development Institute, a graduate of the Portland State University Executive Leadership Institute’s Public Safety Command College, and a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Chief Noble is past-president of the Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police, and holds professional memberships in the Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and the FBI National Academy Associates.
Director Noble is married and has four children. He strives to maintain a balanced life and enjoys being involved in family, church and community activities.
Officer Bickell has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 1999. Prior to Linfield, he worked for the Marion County Sheriff's Office. He has earned several certifications as an instructor. Officer Bickell has attended the Western Association of College Law Enforcement Administrators Academy and has instructed there since 2001. Jason is Oregon State DPSST certified and holds an advanced license. He is also a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.
Officer Curiel has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2011. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University. Prior to serving with Linfield, Jose worked for Marion County Sheriff's Office. Officer Curiel is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Officer Christianson has served with Linfield College since 2011 as Friendship Coordinator/Community Liaison for International Programs Office then transferred full-time to Public Safety Office in 2015. She retired from active duty U.S. Air Force in 2002 as a First Sergeant, with a background in Morse Code Intelligence field and Combat Radio Operations. Prior to serving at Linfield, Officer Christianson worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the Yamhill County Interagency Narcotics Team (YCINT) for 21 years (8 years as miltary support/13 years as contractor). Currently, she serves on the McMinnville Chamber of Commerce board, and a member of International Soroptimist of McMinnville, American Legion Post 21 and the Auxiliary, Disabled American Veterans.
Officer Dillon has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2012. Sean was an assistant site supervisor at a high crime location prior to joining Linfield. He has an extensive background in behavioral intervention and crisis support.
Officer Heite has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2013. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and has been working in private security since 2003. Prior to working at Linfield, Officer Heite served as security for a large retail shopping center.
Officer Mitchell has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2012. Mitchell graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Corrections and Social Sciences. Prior to joining Linfield, he served with the Oregon Youth Authority.
Officer Ransier has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2005. Prior to serving with Linfield he served in the U.S. Army.
Officer Tullius has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2013. Gregg recently retired from the Oregon State Police after 30 years of service.
Officer Anderson began working with Linfield College Public Safety as a student employee in 2011. She continues to work with CPS and is working towards her Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University.
Officer Krigbaum has worked with Linfield College Public Safety since 2011. Prior to his work with Linfield, Christopher has worked as a local police officer. He has a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University where he is also an alum of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
Officer Stout has served with Linfield College Public Safety since 2014. Jonathan has extensive customer service experience and also manages a local Starbucks.
