Post-Graduation

Chemistry department graduates have a record of successfully entering graduate programs, medical schools, pharmacy schools, and obtaining industrial positions. Approximately 80% of the graduates from our department are admitted to post-graduate school of some kind.  Within the last ten years all of our graduates who have applied to graduate programs in chemically related fields, medical schools and pharmacy schools have been admitted within at least a year after graduation.  The table below lists the institutions our graduates have attended.  Many are now on the faculties of universities and colleges, the staff of hospitals, and employed in the chemical industry.
