| Profile: | The Learning for Life preschool is a brand new program at Carlton Elementary School. We are looking for community service volunteers to help our preschool kids learn through exploration. |
| Description: | This position is for a 3 year old preschool class. The class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15am -11:00am. We are looking for someone who could work both days or possibly one day per week. |

| Requirements: | 1. Ensure children are supervised at all times 2. Build children’s esteem 3. Comfort children 4. Help to establish routines and provide positive guidance 5. Help to provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable 6. Implement positive discipline when required 7. Clearly and effectively communicate in a manner that children understand 8. Observe children and make notes of progress 9. Help to integrate special needs children in a positive and respectful manner |
