Profile:
Description: Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) are effective in helping ex-offenders make a successful transition back into their community. A CoSA is made up of a group of 3-7 Circle Volunteers who work with a single ex-offender for a specified length of time during the initial stages of reentry.
