Robert "Bob" Cepeda

Bob is a recognized expert in the fields of terrorism, street gangs, use of force, CPTED and crime prevention. Bob was in the military for 17 years and in federal and municipal law enforcement for 25 years. Bob is Oregon State DPSST certified.

Meadow Lemon
Assistant Director

George has been with the department for six years and has been the Assistant Director of the Community Public Safety & Security Department for two years. He has been involved with the McMinnville community by serving on the Oral Review Board for McMinnville PD. He has also received certifications involving incident command, command post personnel and crisis management training. He has also served as a member for the Threat Assessment Committee. Coach is Oregon State DPSST certified.


Jason Bickell
Lead Officer
Officer Bickell has worked for CPS for ten years. Prior to Linfield, he worked for the Marion County Sheriff's Office. He has earned several certifications for his training instruction at the Western Association of College Law Enforcement Administrators Academy. Jason is Oregon State DPSST certified.


Jim Dossett
Officer
Officer Dossett has been with the department for six years. He served 20 years in the Navy prior to Linfield. Duties while in the Navy included working on the flight deck of aircraft carriers and air stations. He also received the Navy Marine Corp Heroism Medal for his service.  Jim is Oregon State DPSST certified.

Marty Ransier
Officer
Officer Ransier has been with the department for five years. He has also been in the McMinnville area for 20 years. His past experience includes seven years in the Army. Marty is Oregon State DPSST certified.


Steve Jacks
Officer
Officer Jacks has been at the College for the last four years. He served in the Navy for 2 ½ years as a boatswain's mate. He also co-owns a private security company. Steve is Oregon State DPSST certified.

Kendele Miyasaki
Officer, Administrative Support
Officer Miyasaki has been with CPS for three years and has been a reserve police officer for the City of McMinnville since 2007. She graduated from Linfield in 2006 with a B.A. in English and Music Performance. Kendele is Oregon State DPSST certified.

Donovan Owings
Officer, Campus Resource Officer Coordinator
Officer Owings has been a LC CPS officer at Linfield for one year. He served as an infantryman, paralegal specialist and administrative specialist in the Army for 12 years, including a yearlong deployment in Iraq in 2003-2004. Donovan is Oregon State DPSST certified.

Drew Sharpe
Officer
Officer Sharpe has been in the Army Reserves for seven years as a military police officer, including missions in Germany and at Fort Lewis, Wash.  He comes to Linfield as the newest officer in the department and brings six years of experience in the public service field. Drew is Oregon State DPSST certified.
