Mindfulness Meditation

Join Linfield Counselor Amy Halloran-Steiner for mindfulness meditation in the form of sitting, walking and/or yoga. After the 30-minute meditation, there is an opportunity for students to talk about the experience, to ask questions or to direct their practice to something that is pressing in their own lives. It's a great way to deal with stress.

No previous meditation experience is necessary and there is no need to bring anything!
