If your event is open to the public you first need the approval of the director of student activities which you can get by clicking here.
If you need a space on campus for a private meeting, use the form below to
submit your request.
**NOTE** just requesting a location does not mean you have it. Wait for one of the Conference Staff to confirm your reservation before doing any advertising of your event.
