Julie (Kanago) '05 and Aaron Ramsey '06

Joke all you want about the quality of cafeteria food, but something wonderful happened in Dillin when Aaron and I met at a cafeteria table with mutual friends one night! After spending time watching movies and playing video games with the newly-merged social group, he asked me out over Christmas break of his freshman/my sophomore year. Our romance included many more late-night dorm-room video game sessions, as well as work together at KSLC, and we ended up taking intro courses in each others' majors (sociology and computer science) so we would know what the other was talking about!

After I graduated, I moved many miles away to attend grad school at the University of Arizona, and Aaron joined me the following year after finishing his B.S in McMinnville. We got married in January of 2007, and share our sunny Tucson home with two cats, two dogs, and a fish tank. Ten years later, we still have late-night video gaming sessions, but at least we can make our own pizza instead of getting it from the cafeteria!
