Chun '95 and Andrea (Wetzel) Jang '94

We met in the summer of 1992 during an informal evening volleyball game on the Quad. Chun was a longtime Conference Services employee and Andrea sold textbooks & sweatshirts at the Linfield Bookstore for several years, so we were on campus year around. Chun proposed in the Oak Grove during a romantic evening stroll, and we were married in that same spot in August 1994. We happily stayed in McMinnville, where we built a home and started a family. Beginning in 2002, law school and job opportunities took us on adventures to Northern Virginia/DC, Delaware, and now Chicago. We return often to Oregon to see family. Over Labor Day weekend in 2012, we traveled a loop in Oregon, visiting Eugene, Lincoln City, and we were thrilled to make a stop in McMinnville. We showed our son our brick in the courtyard behind Walker Hall, and we recreated a scene from our wedding day over 18 years ago. Linfield was the location of many of our milestones in life.
