President/Founder, Framework International
Co-Owner, The Waypost
Major at Linfield: Political Science
What are you doing now?
Right now I am running a nonprofit (Framework International) that builds elementary schools to provide free education in Ghana. I also do government relations work in Salem during the legislative session and co-own a cafe/tavern in Portland called The Waypost.
Note from Linfield: Seth and The Waypost were recently featured in an article by The Oregonian.
Tell us about yourself.
I live in NE Portland and volunteer for an environmental nonprofit. I love to travel and experience new adventures.
How did Linfield help prepare you for your career?
Linfield taught me how to think rather than what to think. I believe a liberal arts degree is key to becoming a well rounded person and seeing the bigger picture.
The many opportunities that Linfield provided has helped me prepare for my career. From student government to the Delta Psi Delta fraternity and studying abroad, I was able to build my interpersonal skills and broaden my point of view.
