Graduates, welcome to the Alumni Association
More than 660 Linfield seniors became graduates and members of the Linfield Alumni Association when they turned their tassels at commencement June 2 in the Oak Grove. Golden Grads, individuals who graduated 50 or more years ago, also marched in the ceremony and several accompanied grandchildren. In her commencement speech, Harvard Professor Theresa (Stichick) Betancourt '91 told graduates they'd built an excellent foundation at Linfield and the rest is up to them. She encouraged them to be courageous as they pursue their dreams. Watch a video, read more in the News-Register and see photos from the day.
