Graduates, welcome to the Alumni Association

More than 660 Linfield seniors became graduates and members of the Linfield Alumni Association when they turned their tassels at commencement June 2 in the Oak Grove. Golden Grads, individuals who graduated 50 or more years ago, also marched in the ceremony and several accompanied grandchildren. In her commencement speech, Harvard Professor Theresa (Stichick) Betancourt '91 told graduates they'd built an excellent foundation at Linfield and the rest is up to them. She encouraged them to be courageous as they pursue their dreams. Watch a video, read more in the News-Register and see photos from the day.

Growing up before our eyes

Rachel Codd '13 and Crystal Galarza '13 have written about their challenges and adventures at Linfield since they were freshmen. Now, after crossing the stage to get their diplomas, they are surprised at how quickly the time has passed. Look back at their entries since they began blogging four years ago and see their transition.

Later this summer, Hansen will be presented with a citation that lists the names of all donors. Learn more about the endowment here and watch a video of Hansen's "Last Lecture."

Wildcat Open heads to The Reserve Golf Club

The 2013 Wildcat Open has a new home. Join alumni and friends on Friday, July 12, at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club for a day of golf and fun in support of Linfield athletics. Sorry we missed you

In 2012-13, Linfield students reached out to thousands of alumni, parents and friends through our phonathon program, raising nearly $200,000 for scholarships and programs. If you were among these donors, thank you! If we missed you this year, please consider making your online gift to the Linfield Fund before the fiscal year ends June 30. Your gift helps to ensure each student receives a personalized education and supports the power of a small college.
