To transfer to the Portland nursing program for Fall 2012 McMinnville students must complete:
- Intercampus Transfer Application Form for Nursing Students.
- Computer Proficiency. Your signature on the Intercampus Transfer Application Form attests that you have the requisite computer skills for the nursing program.
- BSN Prerequisite Course Checklist - please include on this table:
- All completed pre-requisite course work to date.
- Your plan for completing outstanding prerequisite course requirements (all course work must be completed and transcripts sent to the Portland campus by July 31, 2012)
- A minimum 2.75 GPA and a grade of "C" or higher in all prerequisite courses at the time of application and at the time of the program start date. There is a GPA calculator under forms below. This is a tool to help you calculate your nursing pre-requisite GPA. The final calculation will be completed by the Nursing campus.
- List all courses that apply including those taken during January Term 2012.

Important Dates:
Applications for Spring 2013 entry will be available on this website by June 1, 2012. The application must be received by the Academic Advising office (Walker 104) by 5pm on July 31st, 2012. Your application should include the Intercampus Transfer Application Form including the BSN Prerequisite Course Checklist.
Deliver the signed and completed application to the Academic Advising Office: Walker 104.
