2. Get your CatNet ID Account and complete WebAdvisor forms

Sign up for your CatNet ID Account and remember your ID and password. (Note that your password is case sensitive.) You will need your CatNet ID to access your Linfield email account and sign in to Linfield’s online web registration system called WebAdvisor. You will be able to access WebAdvisor as soon as your CatNet ID is active.

Complete WebAdvisor forms

Once your CatNet ID is active, follow the instructions below to login to WebAdvisor and complete the Emergency Notification Info form and the Measles Vaccination Authentication form.  You will not be able to register without completing these forms!

You will need your Linfield Student ID number to complete the Measles Vaccination Authentication form.  You'll find this number on the letter from Dan Preston, Vice President for Enrollment Management, in your Orientation packet. You can also get this information from your peer advisor.   You will also need your vaccination information to complete the form (see instructions below). 

WebAdvisor Login Instructions:

  1. Log in to Web Advisor by going to
  2. Click the “Log In” tab at the top right of the screen.
  3. Use your CatNet ID (your Linfield email address (minus the “”) and password to log in.
  4. Click on the blue “Students” box at the right of the screen to access the student menu.

Once in WebAdvisor, check the left side of the screen for a section that looks like this:

Complete the Emergency Notification Info Form:

  • Click on the "Emergency Notification Info" link. 
  • On the next page, review the details about the Linfield emergency notification system  (as shown in the picture below) and fill in your contact information. Emergency Notification Screen
  • Once you click "Submit," you will automatically be returned to the main student menu.

Complete the Measles (MMR/MMRV) Vaccination Information Form:

  • Click on the "Measles (MMR/MMRV) Vaccination Information" link. The next screen will look like this:

  • You will need to enter all of this information to complete the form. Refer to the letter from Dan Preston, VP of Enrollment (included in your Orientation packet) for your Student ID number if you do not already know it. 
  • Once you have entered your information, click "Submit."
  • The next screen will look like this:Measels Screen

  • Select the appropriate option for you and click "Submit."  If you select the first option, the next screen will look like this:

  • Enter your vaccination dates and click "Submit."  The next screen will verify completion of the form (as shown below):
