Residence Life
Linfield College Housing Policy
Linfield College strives to connect learning, life and community. The residence life experience is integral to Linfield’s educational program, and the Office of Residence Life promotes a positive living and learning community. Linfield guarantees on-campus housing for all first-year students. All students are required to live in on-campus housing unless they are of senior standing, 21 years of age, married, or living with parents locally. In fact, the housing options are so comfortable and convenient that many Linfield seniors also choose to live on campus.
Students Under 17
Housing for students under the age of 17 requires special consideration. These students and their parent or guardian must schedule an appointment with the Director of Residence Life to discuss the student's living options. The Director may be contact through the Office of Student Affairs at 503.883.2278 or housing@linfield.edu.
