Northup Hall

Northup Hall, the former Linfield Library, designed by famed architect Pietro Belluschi, was built in 1936 at a cost of $65,250 and expanded in 1961 at a cost of $360,000. It was named for Emanuel E. Northup, former mayor of McMinnville, and professor of mathematics and dean at Linfield College. With the opening of the Jareld R. Nicholson Library in 2003, this building was closed for use.
