Favorite Mac Hang: Well, I eat at Yan's every Sunday night, so I guess that would be where I mostly hang out.

Favorite Linfield Hang: The fountain between Walker and Riley. Even if the fountain isn't on, it's such a pretty spot, especially with the flower baskets that hang in the spring and summer.

Best Linfield Memory: I have a lot of great memories, but the one that stands out is from my sophomore year. My roommate and I were in SPURS (a service group) and part of our service was delivering birthday cakes to students whose parents had requested one. One time, we got an apartment address that didn't list the name of the apartment complex - just a street address: Blaine Street. Well, we had no idea where this was, so we drove all around Mac and even up to Newberg looking for Blaine Street (this was before the days of GPS and Google Maps, kids). Defeated and unable to locate Blaine Street, we returned to campus and drove... right past the apartments on Blaine Street (at this time, known as the "Greens"). It was a crazy night, but a lot of fun. What's even funnier is now that my office has a perfect view of the Blaine Street apartments.

What's kept you at Linfield? I really enjoy my officemates and the privilege of working with great students. Sometimes, when I am reading their applications, I am amazed at all they have accomplished - and, in some cases, overcome - in their short lives.

Favorite Movie: Impossible to choose - I'm a huge film buff! Anything directed by Alfred Hitchcock, Wes Anderson or the Coen Brothers, I pretty much love.

Favorite Thing To Do In Oregon: In addition to the beach and the city, I also love Ashland, Oregon. Not only is it home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (which also has some amazing non-Shakespeare plays, too), it is also beautiful and there are so many great shops and restaurants. My family started taking me to see the plays there when I was six and I have gone back every year since!

Best Concert You Ever Attended: I love solo, acoustic shows and have seen two great ones: Colin Hay at the Crystal Ballroom and Curt Kirkwood at the White Eagle.
