Early Action or Regular Decision?
When you apply to Linfield, you can choose between Early Action and Regular Decision. Linfield’s Early Action is non-binding and non-restrictive, meaning that you can still apply to other colleges and still have until May 1 to make your final decision. If you apply Early Action, you will learn whether you have been accepted – and what your estimated financial aid will be – by January 15.
The Early Action application option is beneficial for students who have identified Linfield as one of their top choice institutions. The opportunities for admission, merit-based scholarships and need-based financial aid are the same for students applying Early Action as for students who meet the Regular Decision priority deadline of February 15.
