How Do I Reserve Fall Classes?

All new students will make course reservations or "hold" fall classes during the summer. Review the Orientation and Academic Advising Guide for full details.

How do I reserve fall courses?

1. Confirm your enrollment to Linfield.
2. Set up a CatNet ID and WebAdvisor account.
3. Review your Orientation and Academic Advising Guide that will be arriving in the mail.
4. Submit the Advising Interest Survey by June 8.
5. Read about the Advising and Course Reservation process.
6. Review the Step-by-Step Guide to Selecting and Reserving Courses.
7. Check your Linfield email on June 10 to recieve your course reservation time.

What classes should I reserve?

What if I don't have email or web access during the summer?

Students who will be unable to reserve their fall classes online must contact the Academic Advising office at aad@linfield.edu or 503.883.2250.

When will I finalize my fall schedule?

New students will confirm their course reservations and register for fall classes during New Student Orientation.  Each student will meet with their faculty advisor and the faculty advisor must approve the course reservations before fall classes are finalized.
