Administrator Compensation Committee

Purpose : To advise the administrators on compensation and other conditions of employment as well as on work environment issues that enhance the recruitment and retention of quality administrators. The Committee consists of five members, who are appointed by the president and serve two-year alternating terms. The director of human resources staffs the committee.

Term is July through June.

The committee:

  1. Identifies and promotes means of improving administrator?s work environment.
  2. Collects relevant information and reports to the Administrator Assembly on the economic status of administrators.
  3. Reviews and recommends appropriate alternatives, revisions and updating of the college?s compensation policy for administrators.
  4. Reviews and proposes, as appropriate, changes in the salary and fringe benefit packages, work place environment and conditions of employment for administrators.
  5. Selects two of its members to serve on the campus-wide Benefits Committee.
