The Office of Academic Affairs provides leadership for Linfield College's educational departments, to ensure the quality and integrity of Linfield’s academic programs. The office is responsible for academic strategic planning, faculty recruitment and development, course evaluation, academic budget planning and management, development and implementation of academic policies, and assessment of student achievement.
